7 Steps on the Path
Finding Your Purpose and Fulfilling Your Potential
“The journey of a thousand miles beings with a single step,” the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu, once said.
Your Aura-Soma® experience is a journey that begins not with a single step, exactly, but rather with a Core package of three sessions with a single purpose: to set you on your path to self-discovery and personal fulfillment.
The complete program features four additional sessions – for a total of seven in all.
Through it you’ll discover new ways to bring body and soul into harmony.
As the program progresses, your senses – sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch — will be re-awakened and your spirit, renewed.
Each session also offers practical suggestions and valuable “take-aways” designed to help you apply what you’re learning to the life you’re living.
Time for You
With the exception of the initial 90-minute session, each of the next six sessions is 60 minutes. All seven begin with you selecting equilibrium bottles for that particular session. With my training as an Aura-Soma® practitioner, I’ll guide you each time in understanding what your latest choices mean.
Session scheduling is flexible, but for I recommend meeting at regular intervals – once a week, every two weeks, or every three. Whatever works best for you.
A New Beginning
The three-session Core program pairs Aura-Soma®’s insights into the soul with the introduction of essential oils. It’s a powerful combination aimed at leading you to a greater awareness of your own uniqueness and all that life can hold for you.
Here’s what to expect from your first three sessions:
Gain insight into where are you now
Each of us is born with our own shining color. But too often, in the rush of modern life, we lose sight of who we really are and all that we are meant to be. In your first Aura-Soma® session, your true colors start to come into focus.
- Begins with discovering where you are NOW
- Guides you in recognizing what’s holding you back
- Provides you with a personalized color chart to help you incorporate insights from ancient wisdom and Aura-Soma into your daily life
- Includes your personal equilibrium bottle
Start to rejuvenate
This second session gives you a deeper understanding of your emotions and thinking habits, helps you recognize what you’re yearning for, and begins to explore the mind-body connection.
- Includes an exercise in soul-mapping
- Through a simple assessment of your body-type and any pain issues you might have, introduces essential oils into the healing process
- Provides you with a customized sample-set of three essential oils for your daily use
Find your path
Session three helps you come to terms with old habits and behaviors that are obstacles to your progress.
- Through a variety of guided exercises, identifies your strengths
- Reveals manageable solutions that enable you to begin to make the changes you want to make
Continuing on Your Journey
The three Core sessions point the way to a better life. But for many, that’s just the beginning.
Four more sessions round out the program, each one building on the insights and connections that came before, each one broadening the overall experience through guided activities that spark all kinds of creativity.
Establish a clean foundation
It’s been said, “You are what you eat.” This session further explores the mind-body connection and the positive difference simple dietary changes can bring. Includes a “letting go” exercise
- Presents the benefits of a body detox
- Introduces the use of essential oils in cooking
- Provides referrals to trusted professionals – from nutritionists to MDs – ready to work with you on the physical aspects of the program
Discover practical ways to keep positive energy flowing
This session focuses on your physical environment, because an uncluttered living space allows the new energy you’re feeling to flow more freely.
- Helps you take a close look at your living space — what you treasure, what you need, and what you can do without
- Offers essential how-to’s in the Art of De-Cluttering
- Provides referrals to professional organizers and time-management specialists
Define your goals and set a course to meet them
Where do you hope to be in one year? In five years? In this session we’ll work together to develop a plan to guide you in achieving your goals and realizing your dreams.
- Via an “Alignment Exercise,” guides you in exploring in writing where you are now vs. where you want to be
- Teaches you simple breathing exercises that enhance positive energy
In this final session, you’ll look back on the colors you chose throughout the program, reflect on what you’ve come to know and understand about yourself through your choices, and be able face the future with new confidence.
- Provides additional resources and recommendations to help you continue building on what you’ve learned
- Honors the artist in you by giving you the opportunity and the materials to create something beautiful
